"Thank You" from Tri-State Breakout winner
​Phillip G. Carroll Jr., director, "Wicked Conclusions"

 We love great filmmakers - so it's especially gratifying when great filmmakers love us back! Phillip G. Carroll, Jr., director of the psychological thriller "Wicked Conclusions," took our first ever award for Tri-State Breakout film. So he sent us the "thank you" video below. ​
 ​

​Carroll is a suburban Philadelphia native and an alumnus of Temple University. The film is a production of Carroll's company, PGC Studios which he co-heads with U.K. trained actress Chloe Carroll who acts and produces under the stage name of "Chloe Hendrickson."
